The original inspiration

A young gymnast saw a gap and chose to bridge it.

On family trips to The Bahamas, Rhegan Duncombe, founder of Gymnast to Gymnast, trained in local gyms and saw talented girls practicing without the equipment and proper attire she knew were essential.

Some girls trained in swimsuits, athletic shorts, or sports bras. Rhegan understood what proper equipment meant for safety, preparation, confidence, and belonging. She began collecting leotards, spandex, sports bras, equipment, and financial support.

What began as a sixteen year old gymnast's Girl Scout Gold Award project became Gymnast To Gymnast INC, a growing international mission.

The mission matured as Rhegan did.

Gymnastics gave Rhegan discipline, resilience, confidence, and poise. When injuries ended her competitive career, she turned those lessons outward and created a way for other girls to experience the sport with dignity.

The young gymnast who recognized the need is now the founder guiding a broader network of gyms, donors, partners, and advocates.

The next chapter needs all of us

The apparel is donated.
The journey still needs support.

Families and gyms give leotards a second life. Financial support helps us prepare, pack and deliver them to Recipient gyms. A donated item only makes its difference when it reaches the athlete.

We are working toward equipment donations.
