QSR Operations Professional

A seasoned operations and human resources leader with 20 years’ experience across a variety of industries including Quick Service Restaurants, Media and Entertainment and Finance with success in delivering business results and enterprise growth.  Caroline’s background combines strategic planning, operations, customer service, recruitment and staffing, vendor relations and sales optimization.

Caroline is an Owner/ Operator of airport food and beverage concessions at two leading airports: Tampa International Airport and Boston’s Logan Airport. Most recently she served as Director of Corporate Responsibility & Operations at Time Warner Inc., and previously as Senior Manager in the Strategic Search Group also at Time Warner. Prior to working for Time Warner, Caroline worked at Morgan Stanley as an Associate within the Firm-Wide Recruitment and Operations team. Her career began as Senior Recruiter at Franklin-Pierce and Associates, a boutique search firm.

Having lived in New York for almost two decades, Caroline relocated to Bradenton, Florida with her husband and two children. Caroline studied at Dartmouth College and holds a BA from Spelman College.
